creACTIVE

Support the Savannah College of Art and Design students as they plan and execute a community wellness event that explores the connection between mind, body and creative expression.
If you are in or near Savannah, This would be a fantastic event to participate in!
"Once upon a time...
There was a group of SCAD students in an event planning class. The class was tasked with creating an exciting, educational and social event for the community in Savannah, Georgia. These students, passionate about art and creativity, wanted to produce the most spectacular event EVER to be held in Savannah...but then they realized they only had nine weeks and a limited budget.

So they thought, and pondered, and thought some more until one student shouted out with excitement: we know that this would be a great event for the community...so lets ask them for help!!

And so these hard working, busy bee SCAD students have been planning and coordinating for an event that can bring together their community by sharing ideas about wellness and creativity and holding free activities to engage their friends and neighbors, and showcasing local organizations such as the Georgia Art Therapy Association but they need your help!

The class needs donations to make this event a success. Please make a donation today! Proceeds will go to the Georgia Art Therapy Association. Help us get creactive!
